Event Venues Update

Major refurbishment works at 20 Bedford Way have entered their second phase. These have the potential to impact the space you would like to book, so please speak to us to find out what restrictions are currently in place.
Works are being done to the A Core area of the building. The new Level 3 Bedford Way entrance is open, but the concourse entrance into the building is closed.
While most event spaces are still available for booking, we recommend arranging a site visit after sending your application to find out how these refurbishments may influence your event. This applies to the following venues:
These rooms will likely be affected by the refurbishments to some degree. Clarke Hall is not available for event hire until the end of the calendar year.
Please note that the building works may be noisy at times. The noisiest of tasks, such as drilling, will take place before 9am and between 1-2pm.
