As one of London’s larger conference venues, Logan Hall can accommodate up to 910 delegates, making it ideal for large conferences, academic conferences, presentations and exhibitions.
20 Bedford Way is a unique venue which allows organisers to create custom conference room layouts by combining rooms and connecting spaces. This allows organisers to tailor layouts to meet specific conference goals such as configuring rooms as breakout areas around a main space.
Our venue has a range of breakout rooms to support your event, allowing conference delegates to network or simply take some time out to relax. Our conference facilities are located close together on the first floor and seat between 120 and 320 in theatre-style, so you can book just one or use them together with Logan Hall as part of a larger conference venue.
At 20 Bedford Way our hospitality team can deliver conference catering services for any size event, ranging from light snacks and appetisers to full menus. Our in-house catering team is able to produce a variety of menus and dishes using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients to make your event as sustainable as possible. 20 Bedford Way is equipped with state-of-the-art AV as well as all the latest conferencing facilities. Practicality is key with our conference rooms: wooden floors, built in AV and PA equipment, screens and all the furniture you need. Audio-visual technicians are on hand to support your business event or if you have your own AV team that’s no problem, we are happy to accommodate! A PA system, lighting rigs and Wi-Fi are all available at no additional charge in the Jeffery and Logan Halls.
20 Bedford Way is committed to reducing the environmental impact of conference events, taking measures to make them as sustainable as possible. Our events catering service runs a strict plastic-free policy to reduce the use of disposable cutlery, cups and any other non-sustainable items. We are also eliminating plastic name badges and merchandise with a view to becoming completely plastic-free by 2024.
Conference waste has a significant impact on the environment which is why we are committed to increasing our recycling rate to 85% per person by 2024. At conferences we encourage attendees to take their own water bottles and use our network of water fountains to fill them. This is a great way to prevent the use of single-use plastics. All name tags, flyers and event posters are always printed on recycled paper and we have robust recycling signage in place to promote attendee recycling.
Our catering team have also implemented measures to reduce food wastage whilst offering a selection of vegetarian and vegan alternatives for delegates. Our central London location means that we can minimise the impact of attendee travel by promoting sustainable travel to our event space via walking or bike.
